e) Hydraulic oil port: refer to DIN3852 standard;

f) Power supply requirements: 380V, three-phase five-wire power supply, capacity is not less than 11kW;

g) Grounding requirements: grounding resistance is not more than 4 ohms;

 

 

 

 

Main functional test items:

1. Overload test: maximum displacement, 110% of rated pressure or 5-10min under maximum pressure.

2, impact test: manual control pressure impact test.

3, external leakage: in the above test, check the leakage of the sealing part.

4, system pressure: up to 30Mpa; The system pressure and test pressure are respectively 40MPa shock-proof pressure gauge display.

5, the number of tests: one cylinder, you can set multiple stations

6, with the collection and display of test data, printing function;

7, with the over-limit alarm function in the test process;

8, can test the hydraulic cylinder, starting pressure test, pressure test, leakage/leakage test, stroke inspection, etc.
